1. Who we are
skilltech108.in is a writing and learning project by Kartikeya. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Skilltech108, 803, Lodha UTIP, Mumbai, Thane 421302, India, which runs skilltech108.in. Contact: [email protected].
2. Using the site
You agree to use the site lawfully, not to copy or republish its content without written permission, and not to interfere with its operation. Essays and free resources are for your personal, non-commercial use.
3. Paid digital products
- We sell digital products, such as the 30-Day Knowledge-to-Skill Lab. Nothing is shipped.
- The price is shown before you pay, and no GST is charged on top. Prices may change for future buyers, never for an order already paid.
- Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- When you buy, we ask for your mobile number. We use it for your invoice and for messages about your order. We send offers or updates to it only if you separately agree, and you can withdraw that agreement at any time.
- Delivery is described in our Delivery Policy.
- All sales are final, with limited exceptions set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
4. Licence and intellectual property
All content, files and designs are owned by us. When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, share, upload or distribute the files, in whole or in part.
5. No guarantee of results
The Lab and our essays are tools for practice. Results depend on your own effort, and we do not promise any particular outcome. Nothing here is professional, financial, legal or medical advice.
6. Third-party and affiliate links
Some pages link to other sites that we do not control. Some links are affiliate links, as explained in our Affiliate Disclosure; we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
7. Your messages
If you send us comments or feedback, you allow us to use them to improve the site. We will not publish your name or testimonial without your permission.
8. Limitation of liability
The site and products are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the price you paid for it.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of India, without affecting any consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
